Conforming loan limits for 2025 are increasing!

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has announced the new maximum conforming loan limits:
$806,500 for 1-unit properties in non-high-cost markets
$1,209,750 for conforming properties in Alaska & Hawaii

New loan limits will apply for Northpointe loans locked on or after Monday December 9, 2024!
