When you work with RW Health & Employee Benefits, you work directly with me. Not a rotating team, not a call queue, just one advisor who knows your coverage and your history.

That means faster answers when you have a question, and a lot less repeating yourself. It's a smaller way of doing business, and it's the one I prefer.

Questions anytime? Call (603) 570-7582.

Your skin does a lot of work protecting you, and summer asks a lot of it in return. Reapplying sunscreen matters more than the first coat, since sweat and water wear it down fast. Wide-brimmed hats and long sleeves help on days you're outside for hours. And an annual skin check with your doctor catches most problems early, when they're easiest to treat.

None of this takes much effort, and it pays off. If a checkup is overdue, this is a good week to schedule one at calendly.com/toby-healthplans.

As you may know, it’s almost time for Medicare’s annual enrollment period (AEP), a key opportunity to alter your Medicare health and prescription drug plans for the upcoming year. The Medicare AEP runs from October 15th to December 7th every year, making now a potentially advantageous time to review your current coverage and plan ahead for any changes next year.

Thinking about this now, before the period opens, can make the process easier and give you enough time to compare options and make an informed decision about your care. Swipe for a few areas to revisit as you prepare for the beginning of the AEP.

A little preparation now can make the process simpler and help you choose coverage that fits your needs. That said, if you’d like to go over your current plan, feel free to reach out. We are always here to help you carefully assess your needs so you can make an informed decision.

Turning 65 soon? I know the Medicare enrollment process can feel confusing, and many people have questions about when and how to get started. If you’re nearing that milestone, here are a few key points to help you stay on track:

• Know your enrollment window. You have a seven‑month window that starts three months before your 65th birthday and ends three months after. Enrolling early helps avoid gaps in coverage.

• Understand the sign‑up process. Some people are automatically enrolled in Original Medicare, but others need to enroll themselves depending on their Social Security status.

• Avoid delays. Waiting too long without qualifying coverage can lead to late‑enrollment penalties and delayed start dates.

• Consider your employer coverage. If you're still working and have an employer plan, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. It's important to clarify this early so you don’t miss critical deadlines.

Medicare doesn't have to feel overwhelming. If you're nearing 65 or exploring your options, I’m here to help you make confident decisions. Reach out any time to get started.

Have your prescriptions changed at all this year? If so, now's a good time to send me an updated list. It gives me a head start comparing Part D drug plan options before information for next year is released on October 1.

There's no need to wait until fall to do this. Email your list anytime to [email protected], and I'll get to work on it.

A quick Medicare reminder: routine vision and dental aren't part of Original Medicare. A cleaning, a new pair of glasses, or a filling has to come from somewhere else, whether that's a standalone plan or benefits built into a Medicare Advantage option.

It catches a lot of people off guard, usually when a routine visit turns into an unexpected bill. If you're not sure what your current plan actually includes on that front, reach out anytime, and I'll walk you through it: rwhealthandbenefits.com/contact

Building a strong benefits package takes more than great medical coverage. Adding group dental coverage is an easy way to boost your overall strategy, support employee wellness, and give your team more value.

Many employers are surprised by how affordable group dental plans can be. Depending on the design and contribution structure, costs often range from just $9–$14 per employee each month.

If you're exploring dental coverage or reviewing your broader benefits strategy, our team at RW Health & Employee Benefits, LLC is here to help you evaluate options that align with your goals and support your employees.

New Hampshire summers can sneak up on you, especially once the humidity settles in. A few easy habits go a long way:

🔹Drink water steadily through the day, not just when you feel thirsty
🔹Reapply sunscreen every couple of hours if you're outside
🔹Take breaks in the shade during the hottest part of the afternoon
🔹Keep an eye on family members or neighbors who spend a lot of time outdoors

Small precautions now make for a much more comfortable summer. More wellness tips are on the way, and you can always reach me via my website in the meantime: rwhealthandbenefits.com
