Happy Work Anniversary, Casey! 🎊

They say lightning doesn't strike twice, but thankfully FNBCC did!

After being part of our story more than 20 years ago, Casey came back for Round 2 and has officially completed her first year back with us. Since returning, she's gone from Teller to Head Teller and has become a key part of our team.

Whether she's balancing a drawer, leading the teller line, or delivering a perfectly timed sarcastic comment, Casey keeps things running smoothly while keeping us laughing along the way. One of the things we appreciate most about her is that she never takes life, work, or even herself too seriously. She reminds us that you can work hard, lead well, and still find reasons to laugh every day.

We're thankful she decided to cash in on a second chapter with FNBCC, and we can't wait to see what the years ahead hold. Here's to continued growth, success, and plenty more laughs along the way.

Cheers to one year back and many more to come! 🎉 💙

Leadership Coffee Applications Are Now Open!

If you've ever wondered how to become more connected, engaged, and invested in the future of Coffee County, Leadership Coffee is an experience you won't want to miss.

Hear from Leadership Coffee alumna Kayla Merritt-Stone of First National Bank of Coffee County:

“Having lived in Coffee County my entire life, I truly believed I knew our community well. However, Leadership Coffee opened my eyes to just how many opportunities exist right here at home that I had never fully recognized before. I was amazed by the wide variety of opportunities for both personal and professional growth available throughout our community.

Leadership Coffee gave me a renewed sense of pride in Coffee County and inspired me to pursue excellence while being more intentional about investing in the community I’ve always called home.

It reminded me that there is so much happening here and so many people working to make our community stronger; that often goes unnoticed until you have the chance to experience it firsthand.

Whether you are new to the area and want a deeper understanding of what our community has to offer, or you’ve lived here your whole life and simply need a renewed appreciation for your hometown, Leadership Coffee is an incredible experience that will leave you inspired, informed, and excited about the future of Coffee County.”

🌟 Junior Board of Directors Spotlight 🌟

As we wrap up this year’s Junior Board Spotlight Series, we’re excited to recognize our final featured member, Grayson Taylor, a senior at Coffee High School and a dedicated participant in FNBCC’s Junior Board of Directors Leadership Program.

After graduation, Grayson plans to attend the University of Georgia where he will pursue studies in Marketing, Entertainment, and Media Studies.

Throughout high school, Grayson has been highly involved in leadership, academics, athletics, and community service. He serves as FBLA President and is active in organizations including National Honor Society, Mayor’s Youth Council, and the Chamber of Commerce Junior Ambassador Program. He also serves as a Student Representative on the Academy of Fine Arts, Business, and IT Board.

Grayson has participated in the Inaugural Youth LEAD Georgia Cohort, Colony Leadership Academy, and the Washington Youth Tour, while also serving as an FCA Devotional Leader. In addition, he is a member of the Varsity Tennis Team and works as a Team Member and Trainer at Chick-fil-A.

Through FNBCC’s Junior Board Leadership Program, we have had the privilege of working with outstanding students from across our community who represent the future of leadership in Coffee County and beyond. We are incredibly proud of everything this year’s Junior Board has accomplished and grateful for the impact each student has made.

We are proud to have had Grayson as part of this year’s Junior Board and cannot wait to see all he accomplishes in the future! 👏

Round two just keeps getting better! 👏🏼🎉

Today we’re celebrating Mallory Greene Vining on her SECOND year back with FNBCC! 🥳

After leaving to continue her education at GSU and gain even more knowledge and experience, Mallory came back stronger than ever—and she’s been making waves ever since. 🌊✨

As our Credit Officer, Mallory wears many hats and somehow wears them all well. Need someone to answer the phones? Mallory’s got it. Need help opening an account while someone’s out? Mallory’s already on it. Need someone trained? Mallory is your girl. Needless to say, if you need something handled quickly and correctly, just call Mallory. 👏🏼 All the while, she's still evaluating loan applications like a pro.

She is the true definition of a team player—always willing to jump in wherever needed, always bringing a positive attitude, and always doing it all with a sweet smile and the best personality. 💙

We are so thankful to have her on our team and can’t wait to see all the amazing things still ahead for her at FNBCC. Help us congratulate Mallory on another incredible year! 🎊

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our Head Teller, Casey Durden Clark 🎉

If you’ve walked through our doors lately, chances are you’ve been greeted with Casey’s smile, her sass, or her “I got this” attitude; usually all three at once 😎 & if you haven't had the pleasure of meeting her yet, don't worry, you'll know exactly who she is the second you see her managing it all, without even breaking a sweat!

Casey is the definition of "go with the flow". She jumps in wherever she’s needed, keeps things rolling no matter what the day throws at her, and somehow manages to take care of both our customers AND our employees like it’s second nature. She leaves no leaf unturned, no problem unsolved, and no coworker unsupported. When we say she’s our Head Teller, we mean HEAD teller. Top tier. The whole package. 👏

She’s fun, she’s quick-witted, she’s sarcastic in the best way possible, and she does it all whole-heartedly. We are so thankful to have her as a part of our family!

Today we celebrate Casey; her hard work, her huge heart, and of course her 29th birthday! Again. And again. And again. 😉 We’ve lost count at this point, but who’s keeping score? 🤩🎂
