Open enrollment for Medicare recipients started October 15th and will continue until December 7th. Please make sure your loved one understands they have choices.
After speaking with a customer who had the same insurance for several years, but was extremely dissatisfied with their service/lack of, I realized that many seniors just didn't know they had choices. She hasn't seen nor heard from her agent since he/she signed her up. She doesn't even know his/her name. Just sad.

As each plan has the option to change certain benefits EVERY year, an agent that cares about you would at the least check once or twice a year to see if their customers are satisfied, need help, etc....

If you haven't heard from your agent or just want to know your choices, call me. I'll be more than happy to make sure you're informed.
