I love climbing up in bat & rodent filled attics, pulling filters that look like furry creatures and sliding across to***co tainted tile for my clients 😂
No lie though, this house has so much potential and is actually priced to get about $200k in equity!
PS those were some of the biggest rodent poops I’ve ever seen!

I think it’s safe to say, as a Douglasville homeowner, we have dealt with so much poor budgeting, egregious spending and cockamamie, at this point we’d be more surprised if we DIDN’T have an increase!
I love how they blame it on rising home values but fail to speak on the fact that we pay 26% more than the state average. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Another hearing about the property tax will be held Monday night at the Douglasville Conference Center Auditorium.
