1. What is a bail bond? A bail bond is posted to ensure that a defendant in a criminal case shows up for court proceedings. This includes preliminary hearings, arraignments, trials and at any other time directed by the court. A-ABILITY BONDING, LLC posts bail on behalf of those charged with a criminal offense at a reasonable cost.
2. Do I qualify for bond to be posted by A-ABILITY BONDING, LLC? I

t is our mission to get people out of jail and back to their daily lives. We will reasonably attempt to get everyone out of jail on bond. If we have reasonable belief that a person is not a flight risk or threat to the community we will likely be able to help, however, we must consider we must consider each case on its own merits.

3. How much does it cost? Normally, our fee is 15% on bonds of $2,000 or less. Bonds more than $2,000 normally incur a fee of 10%. Some larger bonds can be negotiated on the specifics of the case. Many factors determine the fee including the amount of the bond and the risk to A-ABILITY BONDING, LLC. It is our mission to help get people out of jail and back to their family. We make every effort to post all bonds and can often work out a payment plan.

4. Are there any additional fees? Yes. It is Alabama law that a bail bond fee in the amount of $35.00 and must be collected on each bond at the time the bond is posted. This money goes directly to the State of Alabama. A-ABILITY BONDING, LLC or any other bonding company does not keep any portion of this fee. There are also fees associated with failure to appear in court. Additional fees are rare could be incurred in certain situations.

4. What if I don't have any money? A-ABILITY BONDING, LLC wants to get people out of jail and back home. We will do everything reasonably possible to help. In many situations we can work out a payment plan or accept merchandise as payment or security. Please ask one of our friendly agents how we can help get you out of jail.

Thanks for all the help we apprehended Heather Carter, Cody Hemphill, Bruce Cooper, Frankie Reyes, Allison Gay now they can resolve their court issues.
