We recently proposed a 47-unit mixed-income development at 46 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway in Boston. As we try to do on all our projects, we'd like to invite the community to provide feedback for the project in an informal, low key setting before kicking off the city process.

Come grab a beer at Notch, chat about the project or about housing development generally. (and invite anyone else who may be interested) .

Introducing The Meeting House Doors Project - check out our RFP to create art installations on each apartment door of our mixed-income project on Hancock Street. The goal of the project is to support artists during these tough times and try to promote local art little differently.

Join us! OFFICE HOURS W/ DEVELOPERS @ AERONAUT ALLSTON, Thursday August 15

We've heard numerous requests for an informal opportunity to meet with the development team and to discuss the Common Allbright project in a low stakes environment.

Please join us this Thursday, August 15 at Aeronaut Allston – Zone 3, 267 Western Ave, from 5 – 7 PM to chat about co-living, affordable housing, mobility issues and innovation in development more broadly.

We're excited to "keep it casual" and continue to hear feedback. We anticipate that we'll host several other similar "office hour" opportunities in the coming weeks as well.
