Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Sentinel Integra Insurance Services located in Donna, TX. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, processing customer requests, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. The role involves assisting clients in understanding insurance policies, providing information about services, and ensuring timely follow-ups to guarantee client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients effectively
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer information and documentation accurately
Proficiency in digital tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
Prior experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
