True leadership isn’t defined by a title, a position, or authority. It’s defined by the trust you build, the example you set, and the impact you have on the people around you.
Great leaders don’t demand respect. They earn it. They inspire confidence, encourage growth, and create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.
