Tomorrow we'll be bringing our ChromaLuxe metal prints, SubliSlate pieces, and a collection of work that represents countless hours behind the scenes. Every display, every print, and every detail reflects what B&T Crafting is all about: creating quality products we're proud to put our name on.

Now comes the easy part... opening the booth and seeing what the day brings.

On Monday, our family changed forever. We lost my cousin Don — the man behind King’s Honey — and the weight of that loss is something we’re carrying with us every single day. There’s no easy way to say it. It hurts. It’s deep. And it’s the kind of pain that doesn’t let you go.
Don wasn’t just a maker. He was a good man — steady, kind, and someone who built his business with honesty, pride, and a whole lot of heart. And he didn’t build it alone. His wife, Jean, stood right beside him through all of it, pouring her own strength and love into King’s Honey. Together they created something real. Something trusted. Something that reflected exactly who they were.
Losing Don has left a hole that doesn’t close. It’s hard to explain how much it hurts unless you knew him — unless you saw the way he worked, the way he cared, the way he showed up for people. But the legacy he and Jean built lives on in every jar, every memory, and every person who ever felt the love they put into their craft.
From all of us at B&T Crafting, this isn’t just a tribute. It’s grief. It’s love. It’s respect. And it’s a promise that Don, Jean, and King’s Honey will always be part of our hearts and our story.
Forever in our hearts, until we meet again.

B&T Crafting at the Iowa County 4‑H Art & Craft Show
Saturday, October 24th • 9 AM – 2 PM
Iowa County Fairgrounds • Mineral Point

This is our one and only show of the year — the only day you can see our full collection in person. We’re bringing a wide range of our premium gloss ChromaLuxe metal panels, printed in‑house with the depth, clarity, and color pop that metal is known for.

You’ll be able to see every size we offer, check out new images we’ve added for fall, and get a real feel for how these pieces look in natural light. Photos online never do metal prints justice — seeing them in person is a completely different experience.

We’re also bringing our freestanding SubliSlate stone pieces, each with natural chipped edges and a solid, weighty presence. These make standout gifts, memorial pieces, and shelf or desk displays.

Every piece we bring is crafted right here in Southwest Wisconsin. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just real work from a small shop that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Two of the featured pieces are signed metal prints by Vicki France — her eye for subject and light is unreal, and seeing her work mounted on premium wood and metal panels takes it to another level.

The rest of the lineup is pure B&T Crafting — original work created, printed, and finished right here at home. Real local. Real makers. Every piece built by hand, not shipped in from somewhere else.

We are proud to share a project that means a lot to us — custom room signage created for The Lion & Porcupine Inn and Pub in Mineral Point. This building carries generations of history, and every wall in that place has a story. Our goal was simple: craft pieces that feel like they’ve always belonged there.

Each sign was designed with intention, built to match the character and age of the inn, and finished with the kind of care we put into every piece that leaves our shop.

Seeing our work become part of a landmark like this is something we don’t take lightly.

Crafted to fit the story already written in those walls.
