We are excited to spotlight Maria, a valued member of our team who recently transitioned from part-time to full-time. Her dedication, flexibility, and positive attitude have made her an important part of our office, and we’re thrilled to have her with us in an expanded role.



Maria currently serves as a Customer Service Representative and is working toward becoming a Licensed Agent. She is always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Throughout her time with us, she has consistently stepped up to help wherever needed, often coming in on short notice to ensure our clients and team were supported.



Outside of work, Maria is a devoted wife and mother who loves spending time with her children and staying active at the gym. Her caring nature, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others make her a joy to work with every day.

They say, “A picture is worth 1000 words,” and in the case of an auto accident, they are right! After an auto accident take photos of the other driver’s insurance card, driver’s license, the license plate, and VIN numbers of the other car(s) involved. If possible, before vehicles are moved, take pictures of the overall accident and damages to all vehicles involved. Try and take photos of debris, skid marks, and road conditions Provide these photos to your insurance carrier as they are valuable evidence that facilitates the processing of your claim.
