We’re very happy to be hosting a tenants appreciation lunch/brunch at the building. will be slinging amazing sandwich and crispy fries from 11:00am to 2:00pm. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

From 1852 - 1923, 145 Palisade Street in was home to some of the most wonderful breweries in the U.S. The founders of the brewery were drawn here by the fresh water source that runs under the property. Today the fire that once was is light again. We’re happy to announce that our lagering cave is now being used to age a speciality Italian blended beer. This barrel is a small symbol of good things to come in the future. Anyone interested in opening a beer garden in a 160 year old beer cave ????
