We are beginning to see a lot of claims come from large sheets of ice sliding off of roofs and damaging vehicles or other items. For our businesses, we'd advise you to keep people and property away from an area where ice sheets could fall. For our homeowners, move your cars away your homes if you can. Although we will strive to keep our same service standards, some responses may be delayed as we expect a large influx of claim calls, and some of our staff remains without power.
