Sometimes, work gives you a moment that just completely warms your heart. Today was one of those days! ❤️

A former client of mine, I will call him PB, actually went out of his way to search for me and call my new office today just to say hello! Because of non-competes when I transitioned to an agent, I couldn't reach out to old clients, so getting this call out of the blue made my entire week.

He called to tell me how much he missed my help, my quick responses, and my friendliness. The sweetest part? He wasn't calling to switch over (he recently started a new policy at another company)—he just wanted to take a moment out of his day to spread some kindness and say thank you.

A reminder to my fellow insurance agents (and anyone in customer service): Always treat your clients like they’re your number one. Some days are hard, but the impact you make on people is real, and it doesn't go unnoticed.
