✨ Member Spotlight: Worley Monroe Advisors ✨

Robert was born and raised in Southeast MO and spent most of his childhood enjoying the outdoors, playing the guitar, and singing at church. His first Job was for a local Credit Union, where he learned how to take care of clients and help them with their financial needs.

Robert went to college for business and graduated from Hannibal
LaGrange University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Organization
Management. After college, Robert helped his local church as a worship leader for 16 years, with 10 of those years being on staff. Robert was recruited to work for Edward Jones while attending an NRA banquet. He has been working with clients in Stoddard County and the surrounding areas for over a decade now.

He is licensed to practice and serves clients in over 20 states. In 2023, Robert decided to elevate his practice and experience by achieving the CFP® designation. He was the first Financial Advisor in Dexter to achieve the prestigious designation.
When he is not at work, Robert enjoys time with family and friends. Robert and his wife, Martha, have 3 sons who attend Dexter public schools. He loves spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and watching his children play sports. Robert is a member of the NRA, NWFT, Elks, and Stoddard County Bee
Club.

✨ Member Spotlight: Worley Monroe Advisors ✨

Ben Worley, a managing partner of Worley Monroe Advisors, brings 27 years of experience in the financial services industry.

A 1998 graduate of Murray State University with a degree in finance and a holder of the AAMS™ designation from the College of Financial Planning, Ben began his career in the St Louis home office of Edward Jones upon his graduation and has built a successful practice as a financial advisor over the last two decades. Returning to his hometown of Dexter, MO, in 2002, he strives to serve his clients with loyalty, friendship, and trust for their present and future financial security.

Ben resides with his wife, Belinda, a speech language pathologist and owner of Bootheel Pediatric Therapy, and daughter Emma Kate, who will graduate from Three Rivers Community College this fall with a degree in Early Childhood Development. Along with waterfowl hunting and lake boating, he is actively involved in Liberty Hill General Baptist Church. Ben is the past President of the Dexter Chamber of Commerce as well as a past board member of the Chamber's Development Corporation.

He is also the past president of the Dexter R-11 School Board of Education and has served on numerous other community organizations through the years. Growing up in the family restaurant and farm implement businesses, his roots are deeply set in the area, and his passion is working with the clients he serves.
