We have a number of clients whose homes have been hit by the recent storms on the west side of the state. As a result, our Friday hours will be limited as we head over to that side of the state to assist.

Just drove on the roads in Washtenaw County and underneath the snow the roads are turning to ice. As a result, we are closing our office and letting our employees go home. If you do go out, please be careful the road conditions are unpredictable.

Due to the impending weather today, we will be putting on phones on night attendant and allowing our employees to leave the office to go home safely. As a result, at noon today many of us will be working remotely.

Just a reminder because of the heavy rains with the still frozen grounds please check to make sure your sump pump is working!

Hope everyone is safe following the storms last night. We have had to close both of our offices due to no power and no internet. Each insurance company has a 24 hour emergency claim number, you can locate that number on our website or in your policy. Hoping to have power back by tomorrow.
