⭐️Meet Hope, our Account Manager and Team Leader!⭐️
Hope has been part of the Farm Bureau family since 2015, starting as an intern and growing into an important leader on our team over the years.
One of her favorite parts of the job is helping people better understand their insurance coverage in real, everyday terms — and building relationships with clients as their lives grow and change over time.
When asked what keeps her coming back each day, her answer was easy: the people.
"Our days can be taxing at times, but my coworkers always have a witty statement ready on the hard days. They make me want to come back every day and be a part of this awesome team."
Outside the office, Hope loves family meals, making jewelry, spending time with her cats Sochi and Cheez, and of course… snacks. 😊 She is also excitedly preparing to welcome a baby girl in October!
We're so grateful to have Hope as part of the Griffin Wey Laurent team and can't wait to celebrate this exciting new chapter with her. 💕👶

As a parent of a senior and a freshman at DeWitt High School, I want to extend my profound gratitude to the teachers and staff for their outstanding dedication and efforts.
