Joni, thank you for being such an incredible boss. Your kindness, passion, and genuine care for both clients and people make you someone I truly look up to. I've had a front-row seat to watch you juggle the responsibilities of being a wife, mom, and boss lady, and somehow you make it all look effortless (even though I know it's not!).

Thank you for your guidance, encouragement, and for always leading with both heart and determination. Being a "department" of one means I get all the boss wisdom without having to share. 😄
