🌱 A recent trip to observe a Crop-Hail Adjustment. The Soybeans were totally wiped out and reseeded.

The bug is a Hornworm or Sphinx Moth Caterpillar and is not considered a Soybean pest.

Given the severity of recent weather we want to remind everyone that planted acres that were subsequently affected by drown-out conditions are considered insured as planted acres.

Once acres are planted no alternative action can be taken unless those acres have been inspected and released by an adjuster.

If you have acres that have been affected by excess moisture or hail please contact us as soon as possible before taking any action.

This will ensure your crop insurance coverage remains protected and that procedure is followed.

A good reminder!

🌾REPLANT INFORMATION🚜
A Replant Payment may be made on an insured crop, replanted •Only After• the company has given Consent and it meets the 20/20 rule.
There is no replant payment on acreage if:
▪️Production will exceed the level set by the crop provisions.
▪️Crop was initially planted prior to the earliest planting date est. by the special provisions.
▪️One replanting payment has already been allowed for the crop year.
No replant payment will be paid if it is deemed “Not Practical to Replant”.
