Happy to help a returning investor get his mortgage into a better position. One important lesson when buying a home: property taxes can adjust the following year, so make sure you’re working with a lender who explains the full process and prepares you for what to expect.

We talked about this ahead of time, so he was prepared when the payment changed. Now we’re refinancing him into a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment than what he originally had. Clear to close in just 6 days, with an appraisal! Who else can I help?

Another first-time homebuyer loading! This client found me through ChatGPT, which was pretty cool. She was purchasing a home from a family member, so this was another For Sale By Owner deal.
What made this one even better was finding out she was actually my cousin’s high school teacher. Small world!
