Big ideas, fresh perspectives, and a proud moment for DENCAP!

We're in Indianapolis for the National Association of Dental Plans Converge Conference, joining 738 attendees to learn, connect, and explore what’s ahead for dental care. From AI’s role in clinical diagnosis and reviews to connecting medical and dental care, the sessions are sparking meaningful conversations.

Keynote speaker Juan Bendana brought plenty of energy and encouraged leaders to practice courage, prioritize progress, and push beyond what feels possible. His words left us beyond inspired.

We’re also proud to share that DENCAP was recognized as one of NADP’s longest-standing partners at 35 years!

We look forward to bringing all we've learned back to Detroit as we continue serving our members, providers, and community. 💜 🦷

This week, we were excited to open our doors and host the North End Milwaukee Junction Business District Association general meeting!

Thank you to Vanguard Community Development for the opportunity to bring neighbors, business owners and community partners together. We also want to thank Benji Rosenzweig, of Colliers International Detroit, and Lashawna Manigault of the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, for sharing their insight on what is happening now - and what's ahead - for Detroit’s evolving commercial landscape.

A special nod to DENCAP President Dawn Dorsch for moderating such a great conversation.

We are deeply honored that Joe Lentine, Jr. was recognized by the Michigan Association of Health Plans with the Ellis J. Bonner Award.

Joe dedicated so much of his life to improving healthcare in Michigan, and seeing his contributions recognized in this way means a great deal to our entire DENCAP family.

We are grateful to MAHP for this meaningful tribute and to Joe's family for accepting the award on his behalf. While he is deeply missed, we are proud to continue building on the example of leadership, service, and compassion he set for all of us.
