A growing restaurant may still have gaps in:
1. Cash flow protection

Predictability Is a Benefit You Can Afford

The cheapest retention benefit in your restaurant may be the one you are overlooking - predictability.

Your team needs to know when they work, when they get paid, and who to call when life gets messy. When all three are unclear, good employees start looking for somewhere more stable.

Try this with your next schedule:
- Publish it on the same day every week.
- Limit last-minute changes to real emergencies.
- Give employees one clear way to request time off.
- Review the schedule with your managers before it goes live.

A better schedule will not solve every staffing problem. It will remove one of the reasons good people leave.
