The only credit repair strategy that will always work without fail is Factual Disputing!

This is not to discredit other methods and does not mean other strategies don’t work! However, this is remains the top dogg! Why? Because it’s backed by the law!

Factual disputing was designed with the laws that make credit repair legal in mind.

🗣START BUILDING BUSINESS CREDIT TODAY!

I don’t care what industry you’re in.. if you’re self employed or an entrepreneur you need to build business credit.

Properly structuring your business is vital to the process to increase your approval odds.

Some examples of this include:

✅ Have official filing with your state such as an LLC

✅ Registering for an EIN with the IRS

✅ Opening a bank account in the name of the LLC

✅ Have an official payment processor

✅ Registering your business with google and 411

✅ Having an official email and online presence etc..

And a few other things that drastically increase your odds of approval because lenders will actually research your business for verification purposes.

Since we’re talking leverage here’s another way to use your personal credit to your advantage if you own a business.

The fastest and most efficient way to get access to business credit is through your personal credit.

If you can get access to high limit credit cards from your personal credit just imagine how much you can get for your business.

Of course your business will need to be profitable on paper meaning you’ll need to provide proof.

How to pass down credit to your kids…

Rule #1 Don’t be afraid of debt and/or credit cards

That is the result of a poverty mindset and it will get you no where.

Now granted the credit algorithm is changing everyday and the rules surrounding authorized user accounts are constantly fluctuating to keep strangers from benefiting from this tool. BUT it still works for most credit cards.

Follow the steps in the video to set your kids up for success with credit.

It’s best to do this as early as possible.

Let’s keep it simple. Credit is not rocket science.

You want a high score? Here’s what to do.

But keep in mind, you don’t NEED a high score to leverage it.

I’m not advocating for anybody to be mediocre, but most hard money loans require a score in the mid to high 600’s.

Of course you should aim high to take advantage of lower i retest rates and all the perks that come with that tho. 😉
