About The Job
Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday and some weekends will be required during busy season (Open Enrollment Nov. 1 - Jan. 15).
Pay: Base salary + uncapped commissions paid weekly as well as sales bonuses for agents who hit goals monthly and weekly.
Training: Paid sales training provided on the health insurance industry, all the products we sell, and sales processes needed to succeed in this position.
License: State of Michigan Health & Accident Producer License
What We Need from You
Flexibility during peak season (Open Enrollment Nov. 1 - Jan. 15. Potential to make nearly 1/3 of your income during this time).
Ability to multi-task
Excellent oral communication skills
Self-motivated with a positive winning attitude
A passion to deliver top-notch service to all clients
Strong computer skills – Excel, Outlook & Word
High school diploma or equivalent
