✅ Report your claim promptly by calling the Detroit Lakes office at (218-844-7000), calling COUNTRY Financial claims at (866-268-6879), visiting countryfinancial.com, or using the COUNTRY Financial Mobile App.
✅Document the damage. Make an inventory list of damaged property (including vehicles) and take photos to support your claim.
✅ If food spoils due to power loss, take pictures of the refrigerator and food before throwing anything away.
✅ When it’s safe, prevent further damage by taking steps like placing tarps on damaged roofs.
✅ Save receipts for emergency repairs, even small purchases like tarps or duct tape.
