Q: What do you enjoy most about working in insurance?
A: The relationships — getting to know families, businesses, and generations of clients, and being someone they know they can call when they need help.

Q: What are you most proud of outside of work?
A: My family. My wife and I have been married for 30 years, and we have three kids — Mikayla, Drew, and Brook — plus a new granddaughter, Hallie, who's made this year pretty special.
Q: What's it like having your son Drew work alongside you at the agency?
A: It's one of my favorite parts of coming to work. Getting to build this agency together, and watching him take care of clients the same way I do, means a lot to me.
