THE STORY OF Pyramid Ventures

From the beginning, Dan and Sean had a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, and wanted to share their passion of real estate with others. Through the years, they’ve developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, the expertise necessary to navigate any transaction; and have the integrity to follow up on promises. HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

heir humble beginnings make their present-day success all the more remarkable. The two have been working together since Sean was just in highschool. Sean being the frontman to a very popular pop band in california and Dan managing it, they spent many years traveling and touring all around. Featured along side greats from Journey, Tower of Power, Santana, just to name a few, you can say it was time well spent. After years of the big city life in California, Dan and Sean made the decision to move a little farther South East to Memphis, where Dan had been investing in Real Estate for quite some time,to achieve a better quality of life. They both located themselves in the suburban area of
Cordova where they pursued establishing their business of full time real estate investing. Although they took very different paths getting to this point, it was quite certain that the duo would at some point, “make their mark”. For years, Dan and Sean dreamed of creating their own real estate business, but didn’t know how it would work doing it on a scaled up, full time basis. The two diligently worked out of their home, throwing everything out on the table - using every last bit of their savings, equity lines and credit cards to make their business work. They refused to take no for an answer! Fast-forward a short year later, the two opened a real estate investment company. After earning their stripes and gaining the knowledge to successfully create and build their business, the two finally fulfilled their dream and “made their mark". Shortly there after, while business was booming, the two decided to relocate down to the Florida panhandle to enjoy the lifestyle the business has been able to allow them to enjoy. Fast forward a year and they have successfully built a very skilled, talented team in greater Okaloosa county area; flipping houses at full steam ahead and not looking back!
