We did a check-in at Old Bay Steamer last night to see how things are going one week after converting from Positouch to Rpower and the transition has been a huge success! We love this Okaloosa Island icon. From the laid-back artistic atmosphere to the incredible seafood, it’s easy to see why locals and tourists keep coming back year after year. Their steamed seafood platters, crab legs, shrimp, and fresh Gulf flavors are absolutely top notch. We’re proud to help great local restaurants run smoother with technology that keeps up with the rush while protecting the experience guests know and love.

We had the opportunity to help Melanie and her family launch their new company, Coastal Florida Plumbing, with training on our field management software alongside our development partner.

What makes this one extra special is Melanie used to be part of the Gateway team, so getting to watch her take the leap into business ownership and help support that journey from day one means a lot to us.

We’re excited to welcome Polishing Systems Inc. to the Gateway family!

PSI is a longtime local manufacturer supplying high quality boat and automotive polishing products to retail customers, dealerships, and professional detailers across the Gulf Coast.

Their team needed more than just a POS system. They needed a solution that could support their sales reps in the field with CRM tools, invoicing, and mobile payment capabilities while also tying together their retail store and eCommerce business into one platform.

We’re excited to welcome La Famiglia in Shalimar to our merchant family. We’ve had the opportunity to work with this family on and off for over 10 years, and it’s always great to grow alongside good people who care about their business and their community.

This new location is going to be a great fit for Shalimar. A full Italian restaurant experience built for everyday convenience and special occasions, whether you’re grabbing a quick curbside order through the drive-thru, sitting down for dinner, or hosting events.

For their new space, we worked closely with the team to map out their floor plan for POS systems and kitchen printers, making sure orders move quickly and smoothly from the front to the kitchen. The goal is simple, keep things efficient, accurate, and ready for any rush.

We’re excited to see their doors open and proud to be a part of what’s coming next.

Just wrapped up our walkthrough and buildout for Fox Theatre today.

We’re honored to be selected as their technology partner for the restaurants, bars, and concert venue ticketing system.

Our team also worked alongside them on floor mapping and service flow design to help optimize layouts for servers and bartenders improving speed, efficiency, and the overall guest experience.

This project is set to be a major addition to Crestview, and we’re excited to play a small role in bringing it to life!
