First TN Closing in the books!!! ✨ What a journey! Closed this file in 14 days from submission to CTC. 🥊 We encountered every right hook, cross, and uppercut in the ring, but we never gave up and kept punching back!

I am so thrilled for our borrowers. They secured this incredible 4 bed, 3 bath home on 3.68 acres! 🏡 They have BIG plans for this property and their family.

Inflation and Fed uncertainty are keeping things from improving (for now).
