This move to Trustmark Bank will equate to less documentation needed to qualify buyers on conforming and government loans as a direct lender! We also, now have a much stronger portfolio product for all property types including non-warrantable/resort style condos for primary residence, vacation homes and investment properties. We can use rental income on the subject property condo to offset the mortgage payment.

Recent guideline changes now allow for a 95% LTV when buying a 2-4 unit property as an occupant of one of the units. Previously, the maximum LTV was 75%, so this change means a lot less of an investment on the homeowner’s part!
