I have loved serving on the Partners in Education board this year with Waxahachie ISD. Today was our annual appreciation luncheon for all the individuals and businesses that volunteer and partner with WISD. It was amazing to recognize the people who have served thousands of hours this year with our schools. GEICO DeSoto is also a proud sponsor of several ISD events and we volunteer as well. Proud to be a business owner in our community who gives back to the next generation. It’s all about making a difference, one life at a time.

5 YEARS! We opened our office doors to the public on 04/12/21 and today we’re celebrating our anniversary. We are so grateful to for the opportunity, to our clients and community. So much fun this morning reading to a class of 4th graders at Simpson Elementary. Bonus, I was in the class with one my best friends, Mrs. De La Cerda! D.E.A.R. Drop Everything and Read. Literacy matters and so does pouring into the next generation.

Had an amazing time at TBHC Foster Care and Adoption dancing with the Ellis county stars. What a phenomenal fundraiser that brings the community together to give hope for the kids. They were able to raise over $185,000! Such an amazing cause.
