Staff Spotlight: Brenda Conkright 🌽
Brenda has been part of The Corn City State Bank team since 1980, and throughout the years, she has seen the banking industry change in many ways. One thing that has stayed the same is her love for working with people.
As a part-time teller, Brenda’s favorite part of her role is interacting with customers and working alongside a team of co-workers who make each day enjoyable.
Outside of the bank, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, Rod, their children, and their eight grandchildren. She also volunteers at Challenge Champions Equine Center and serves as treasurer at St. Stephen Lutheran Church.
Whether she is working in the yard, reading, watching a good movie, spending time with family and friends, or looking ahead to future travels with her husband, Brenda brings the same warmth and kindness to her life outside the bank that our customers have come to know at CCSB.
We are grateful for Brenda’s many years of dedication to The Corn City State Bank and the customers we serve!
