Looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative.
Job Description:
-Answer phones and assist clients
-Handle customer service questions and concerns
-Provide assistance to the office insurance agents
-Assist customers with payments, filing claims, etc.
-Issue insurance certificates
Ideal candidate has the following:
-Strong computer skills β Microsoft Office, etc.
-Ability to work and communicate efficiently with both customers and co-workers
-Illinois property and casualty insurance license (or will be willing to obtain)
-Knowledge of Agency management system is a plus but can be trained.
-Dedicated to customer service
-Bi-lingual, Polish/Spanish a Plus!
Pay ranges from $24k - $40k/year depending on experience + bonuses.
