Sorry I haven’t posted for a while but I am back! Even more complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Noticed that Founders reps respond with the same canned crap statement. Maybe they should focus more on the that they’re receiving so many complaints.

Another unfortunate experience with Founders.

This was submitted by one of our followers

My son's car was stolen the claim was filed 4-22-21. We have submitted EVERYTHING. Kim Blackburn the claims rep does nit return calls, her supervisor Deb does not return calls, Kevin the "investigator" does not return calls. The car was recovered, with damages, the adjuster came , saw the car, took pictures, and NO ONE from Founders has followed through. HANDS DOWN FOUNDERS INSURANCE IS THE WORSE, guess we will have to settle this in court.

Enough is Enough! Make it known on the founder representatives page below, that their awful treatment of people will no longer be tolerated.
