Ken Sturgis, Margaret Buckton, and Jen Albers from the ISFIS team spent the past three weeks working with Iowa school leaders during the 2026 ISFIS Budget Workshops in Partnership with Piper Sandler.

Big thank you to all the ISFIS Subscribers who attended one of our nine in-person workshops. It was so great seeing everyone in person and collaborating as school leaders prepared their FY 2027 budgets.

We also appreciate the support and partnership of Iowa's AEAs as we all work together on behalf of the students of Iowa. Heartland Area Education Agency, Green Hills AEA, Northwest Area Education Agency, Grant Wood AEA, Prairie Lakes Area Education Agency, Great Prairie Area Education Agency, Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency, Keystone Area Education Agency, CentralRiversAEA, and Fort Dodge Community School District.
