The Evelyn K. Davis Center in collaboration with the CFI Connect 2 Careers program and Iowa Works are offering a Manufacturing Pathways 2 week training starting May 23.

Participants who complete this training will have a chance to work for Vermeer Corporation in Pella, IA. Walk-in registration will be taking place May 12 May 16.

Congratulations to our very own Curtis Baugh who is a business consultant at the Evelyn K. Davis Center, for being named Iowa SBA Small Business Champion of the Year! 🎉🎉

During his four-year tenure at the Center, Baugh has worked with over 1,000 individual small businesses, representing primarily immigrant and diverse populations. He provides free, professional one-on-one coaching to small businesses and non-profit organizations, and coordinates training programs on a wide variety of topics!!
