I want to share something dear to my heart ❤️
This past week, State Farm held a conference in Seattle, and I was recognized not only for my agency’s hard work, and for surpassing our goals but also for doing it all while being a first-time mom and balancing so many roles at once.
Being an entrepreneur, a mom, a wife, a leader, and a person who continues to show up for others hasn’t been easy. Going back to work and leaving my baby is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I remind myself every day that I’m doing this to give her the best life possible.
When I opened my office, my mission was clear: make a real difference in my community and support families who didn’t always have access to the resources they needed. I’ve always been motivated to work hard for my family, but becoming a mom intensified that drive even more.
I couldn’t do any of this without my support system:
• My incredible husband, who supports me in every way and is the partner I always prayed for.
• My work family, who believed in the vision and executed it with heart so we could protect as many families as possible.
• My family and friends who have supported me through every up and down.
• My mom who stepped into the best grandma role and helped with baby girl so Mama could take care of business.
• My mentor, who believed in me and helped me with my plan to execute all the goals this year.
Feeling grateful, seen, and more motivated than ever… and I’m so excited to be traveling to Europe next year—courtesy of State Farm.
