AMERISAFE is happy to make a $100 donation to the Habitat for Humanity of Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro in honor of Ed Ennis, AGAI Vice-President. Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Brad Bryant (left) is pictured with Ennis.

The donation is part of the AMERISAFE IMPACT Employee Volunteer Incentive program. All employees who volunteer at a non-profit for at least 4 hours, have their names entered in a monthly drawing. A $100 donation is then made to a non-profit of their choice.

AMERISAFE is proud to support the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd’s Brown Bag Pantry. The program facilitates the assembly and distribution of brown bags with food necessities, to help meet the needs of area residents. The pantry hands out an average of 155 brown bags to residents every third Tuesday of the month.

AMERISAFE is proud to make a $500 donation to Catholic Charities of Southwest Louisiana to assist in stocking up their food pantry. Last year alone, Catholic Charities of SWLA distributed over 917,000 lbs. of food to individuals and families struggling with food insecurity. The organization coordinates 12 monthly food distribution sites in 11 cities across the SWLA region including DeRidder and Ragley.
