Hi friends! I'm Crystal Reynolds, Branch Manager and Loan Officer with Eustis Mortgage in DeRidder, Louisiana.

With more than 20 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending, I've had the privilege of helping people through some of life's biggest milestones, from managing their finances to purchasing the home of their dreams.

Some loans are smooth. Some loans test your patience, your determination, and your faith.

This one definitely tested all three.

There were moments when I honestly didn’t think we’d make it to the closing table. There were challenges, setbacks, and more than a few reasons to walk away. But sometimes the most rewarding closings are the ones you have to fight for.

Today, I’m reminded that persistence pays off. When everyone works together and refuses to give up.

One thing I’m really proud of is being part of a company that’s been helping people home for 70 years. That kind of history and trust means something. 🩵
