Welcome to Kayven’s Helping Hands. This community group is dedicated to celebrating Kayven and supporting child-focused initiatives. We also organize the annual Celebrate Kayven/Kids community event and support Kayven’s Little Free Libraries. Join us in making a positive impact on children’s lives and honoring Kayven’s legacy through acts of kindness, and generosity.

🎉 A huge thank you to Ethyn for choosing Kayven’s Helping Hands for his Eagle Scout project! 🦅

Ethyn designed and built a new indoor Little Free Library for Championship Martial Arts of Derby, replacing our original library with one that better meets the needs of the space and our literacy mission. 📚

He also organized book drives to help stock this library and others throughout our network. ❤️

Through this project, Ethyn demonstrated the leadership, initiative, service, and dedication that Scouting is all about. His work will help inspire young readers for years to come.

The PAME: Partners Against Mortality in Epilepsy conference
brings together epilepsy researchers, health care providers, nonprofit leaders, and people impacted by epilepsy, including bereaved families, to share knowledge and work together to prevent epilepsy mortality.

The PAME Conference will take place in Denver, CO, on December 3, 2026, with a dedicated family session on December 2.

WOW! Because of this amazing community, Celebrate Kayven: Dino Mite Adventures raised over $10,000 through sponsorships, donations, raffle sales, and fundraising activities!

These funds will help Kayven's Helping Hands continue our mission of making adventures possible for all through literacy programs, Little Free Libraries, children's enrichment opportunities, epilepsy education, and support for families affected by epilepsy.

Most importantly, this event was about bringing our community together. Families joined us for a night of fun, adventure, friendship, and connection. We were also able to give away hundreds of free books to children, helping inspire a love of reading and ensuring more kids have books of their own to enjoy.

We are also honored to share that, because of the incredible generosity of our Celebrate Kayven guests, sponsors, donors, and Duck Pond participants, Kayven's Helping Hands is able to provide a $1,000 donation to support Lathaniel's medical journey.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every sponsor, donor, volunteer, vendor, and guest who helped make this event possible. More than the dollars raised, you created a night filled with adventure, kindness, community, and hope.

Together, we are making a difference and keeping Kayven's legacy alive. 💜🦖📚
