Cooler weather is coming! Take a few minutes this fall to get your home ready before the first freeze.

☐ Clean gutters & downspouts
☐ Disconnect garden hoses
☐ Drain & winterize outdoor faucets/sprinklers
☐ Change your furnace filter
☐ Schedule a furnace checkup
☐ Check your roof for damage or loose shingles
☐ Trim branches away from your roof & house
☐ Seal gaps around windows & doors
☐ Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
☐ Have your fireplace/chimney inspected
☐ Clean your dryer vent
☐ Check exterior lighting
☐ Store or cover patio furniture
☐ Know where your main water shutoff is
