They made instant cash offers off an algorithm, bought thousands of homes—then reality hit.
The algorithm couldn’t see the cracked foundation. Smell the mold. Hear the neighbor’s garage band. Or sense a neighborhood in decline.

Local agents watched them overpay by $30–$50K per house and laughed.

Meanwhile, Zillow kept pushing “Trust the Zestimate” and sending “Your home is now worth…” alerts—while their own CEO sold his Seattle mansion for 40% under its Zestimate.

Oscar was raised in Denver in the Highlands community. As a child, Oscar aspired of being a
professional baseball player. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real
estate industry; but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re
meant to do in life.
Oscar was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So
that’s what he did.
As the years went by, Oscar worked his way from college and banking to mortgage
originator. Never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each
career move.
Oscar got into the real estate industry in 2004 when he figured he could provide a better
over all experience to his clients. Remembering back to how hard his mother worked to buy
her first home, and the effect for the better it had on his family. Oscar decided he wanted to
