Good Sunday morning, girlfriends! Week 4 of August's Build Your WIN Week is here and we are closing out our resilience month with something that ties it all together.

Built to Last.

Not built to survive the hard season. Not built to white knuckle through the difficult quarter. Built to last. Built with intention, with depth, with relationships and habits and systems strong enough to hold up when things get hard, because things will always get hard again.

Here are your four actions. 🩷

👁 VISIBILITY
Commit to one visibility habit for the next 90 days. Not a campaign. Not a sprint. A habit. Posting three times a week. Attending two events a month. Sending one video message a day. Something specific, measurable, and sustainable. The businesses built to last are not built on viral moments. They are built on consistent presence over time. What is your 90 day visibility commitment?

⭐ CREDIBILITY
Identify your three strongest referral relationships and reach out to all three this week. Not to ask for business. To give something. A referral, a resource, a genuine check in. The credibility that lasts is built on relationships that go both ways. Invest in yours this week.

🩷 AUTHENTICITY
Write your professional mission statement this week. Not your elevator pitch. Your mission. Why you do this work. Who you do it for. What you want them to feel when they work with you. Pin it somewhere you will read it when things get hard because they will get hard again and knowing your why is what keeps you going. Built to last starts with knowing what you are building toward.

🗓 AVAILABILITY
Build one boundary into your schedule this week that protects your energy long term. A hard stop time. A no meeting morning. A weekend that stays a weekend. The professionals built to last are not the ones who give everything until there is nothing left. They are the ones who protect enough of themselves to keep showing up, week after week, year after year. What boundary does your schedule need?

You were built for this girlfriend. Built to last. 🩷

Mortgage Girlfriends… consider this your reminder that sometimes the sparkle is actually just stress with good lighting. 😂✨

Behind every woman who looks like she has it all together is probably a calendar she’s afraid to open, 47 tabs on her computer, and a girlfriend getting a text that starts with…

“Okay, so here’s what happened…” 😂

Here’s to being the girlfriend who answers the text. 💕

Good Sunday morning, girlfriends! Week 3 of August's Build Your WIN Week is here and this week we are talking about something nobody in this industry says out loud enough.

The comeback is the strategy.

Not the plan you had in January. Not the number you were supposed to hit by now. The comeback. The recalibration. The decision to look at where you actually are, not where you thought you would be, and build forward from exactly this spot.

Here are your four actions. 🩷

👁 VISIBILITY
Make a list of five people you want to be visible to before the end of the year. Five specific people. A Realtor you want to partner with. A financial planner whose clients need what you offer. A community leader who opens doors. A past client who sends referrals. An influencer in your market. Now pick one and make contact this week. Comebacks start with intentional visibility.

⭐ CREDIBILITY
Update one piece of your marketing this week. Your bio, your email signature, your LinkedIn headline, your website about page. Something that no longer reflects who you are right now. Comebacks require you to show up as the current version of yourself, not the version from eighteen months ago when you last updated things.

🩷 AUTHENTICITY
Reach out to one person this week who supported you during a hard season and thank them. A colleague who checked in. A friend who listened. A mentor who reminded you of your worth. Gratitude is not just a nice thing to do. It is a resilience practice. It reminds you that you did not come back alone.

🗓 AVAILABILITY
Set your Q4 intention this week. Not your goals. Your intention. The feeling you want to be living in by December 31st. Confident. Consistent. Financially free. Building something that matters. Write it down and put it somewhere you will see it every single day between now and the end of the year. The comeback has a destination. Name it.

The comeback is not a consolation prize. It is the whole strategy. 🩷

Good Sunday morning, girlfriends! Week 2 of August's Build Your WIN Week is here and this week I want to challenge something you have probably heard a hundred times.

Bounce back.

We talk about bouncing back like the goal is to return to exactly where you were before the hard thing happened. But what if that is the wrong target entirely?

This week's theme is Bounce Forward Not Back.

The setback, the slow month, the lost client, the difficult season, it was not just something to survive. It was something to learn from. The goal is not to return to who you were before. The goal is to become who you are capable of being because of it.

Here are your four actions. 🩷

👁 VISIBILITY
Look at where you were showing up six months ago and where you are showing up now. What has improved? What has slipped? Choose one visibility habit to level up this week, not return to. Not back to posting twice a week. Forward to three times. Not back to attending one event a month. Forward to two. Bounce forward girlfriend.

⭐ CREDIBILITY
Think about a challenge you navigated recently, a difficult client, a complicated file, a market condition that tested you. Now share it. Not as a complaint. As a lesson. "Here is what I learned when..." That kind of content builds credibility that no credential can match because it proves you have been tested and you are still standing.

🩷 AUTHENTICITY
Identify one belief about yourself or your business that the hard season reinforced. Not a negative belief. A true one. "I know how to stay calm when everything is falling apart." "I know how to find a solution when there does not seem to be one." Write it down and say it out loud. The women who bounce forward know exactly who they are.

🗓 AVAILABILITY
Look at one system or process in your business that broke down during a difficult season and fix it this week. The follow up that fell through the cracks. The calendar that got chaotic. The response time that slipped. Bouncing forward means building something stronger than what was there before. What one system needs upgrading not just restarting?

You are not going back girlfriend. You are going forward. 🩷

What does bouncing forward look like for you this week? Drop it below.
