Just got done finishing remodeling our house check out this bathroom! We were able to do a primary cashout at 2.875% using a 6 month ARM with no points or PRE-PAYMENT PENALTY!!!

Arm's sound scary from 2008 but lenders are putting in A LOT more protections and safeguards than the ARMS of 2008. With the crazy interest rate environment ARMS are making a comeback. If you are looking to save money, I can help 😀😀
