December market statistics in a nutshell - even with rates higher than previous 10 years, yet still under the average of 7.76% over the last 40 years, the housing market in Denver metro is still strong IMO.

- Inventory still very low,
- Prices still up (2.5%) YoY,
- Average days on market - a whopping 31 days (joking)
