At Baceline Group, we value the diverse cultures our tenants bring to our Neighborhood Shopping Centers. Recently, Ka Lā Kapu Polynesian Dance School, hosted their Annual Summer Lūʻau at the Shoppes at San Mateo in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The event featured traditional Hula dancing, as well as authentic, Hawaiian cuisine. It was a privilege to provide space where Polynesian can be celebrated and shared with the local !

Baceline Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Scottsdale Center in Independence, MO (Kansas City MSA).

Scottsdale Center is a 41,421 SF Neighborhood Shopping Center with a strong tenant base primarily comprised of medical tenants and other essential service providers. The center is located at a busy intersection which serves as a major east/west thoroughfare in the trade area. The immediate submarket is home to several national, destination retailers, including Bass Pro Shops, with plans for continued growth and development on the horizon.

This acquisition marks the eighth property in the MSA and the 118th for Baceline’s Core Income Fund.

Baceline's corporate office in Denver, CO has recently undergone a strategic renovation by the replacement of outdated cubicles and built-in decks with modern, ergonomic workstations designed to maximize in-office productivity. We also invested in additional community spaces and public resources for our teams to connect and collaborate more efficiently. After over 2.5 years at our new location, we are excited to finally have an updated, fully functional office for our people!
