n correct! This life experience has provided a great foundation and home to my career. My passion for lending came from a personal experience as a single, divorced mother who, I’ll admit, struggled to keep my home for my family. Several years ago, I went into my local credit union to refinance my home and was approached by a young man that took one look at my credit score and judged I was not worthy of his time. Eventually, I did complete my refinance through the diligence of another Loan Officer, who was also a single mother. Her gift of time and patience was key to helping me keep my home for over 24 years! This was the defining moment when I determined my life’s mission. I am passionate about helping ALL of my clients, no matter their credit or financial circumstance, fulfill their dreams of homeownership! I will give 100% of my time, effort, and talent to guide each potential homeowner or refinance client toward the best loan for their desired outcome. I treat each person I work with as my friend because I strive to have that lifelong relationship turn into a legacy! I love all things Colorado – the mountains, the seasons, the people.
