Yesterday was our last Regional Meeting of 2026 and we couldn't have had a better guest speaker! Thank you, Betsy Flaherty, our Director of Marketing & Communications, for coming all the way to our region here in Dallas to share some of your insight on the exciting changes and projects coming to Modern Woodmen's marketing department!

Congratulations to Chantelle Conley on receiving her 10-year plaque with Modern Woodmen. I am so proud to have been side-by-side with this amazing woman for her ten years and seen her grow into the faith-led, strong-willed, and determined person she is today. Our team wouldn't be the same without you and your amazing work over the last ten years - and I look forward to seeing you continue to kick butt in the next ten!

Last week we had the privilege of attending the Financial Planning and Wealth Management Day at the University of North Texas. The day started off with mock interviews with some of their finest finance/business students and was wrapped up with a fantastic luncheon with guest speaker, Erika Wasserman. Thank you UNT for hosting such a great event!

We recently started a new partnership with SMU, and one part of our partnership is that we get to recognize student-athletes as a "Modern Woodmen Student Athlete of the Week"!

We're a couple weeks behind so I want to give a group shout out to our most recent Student-Athletes: Noah Holmstrom, Enzo Panozzo, Maddy Parker, Aubrey Brown, and Rose Mburu! Keep up the hard work and good luck this season to all of you!

We had an amazing time last Saturday watching SMU take down Virginia! As a part of our official sponsorship of SMU Athletics, we have a cabana for each home game. This past Saturday we had some superb students from Delta Sigma Pi, UNT Entrepreneurship Club, and SMU Athletics come out and join us in cheering on the Ponies!
