I had the best news this week! One of my clients (a local auto repair business) had to file a claim on their Commercial Insurance policy. Basically, one of their associates had missed following procedure, resulting in the damage of a diesel motor they had been working on. The claim totaled over 20k! They were worried it wouldn't be covered and they'd have to pay the 20k bill out of pocket. After a few sleepless nights, my clients were glad to find the policy had been written to cover the error and the claim was PAID IN FULL. Nothing makes me feel better than helping others, especially when it comes to Claims.
