225 Land Management 225 Land Management is a real estate and property development & management company. Sometimes it's two steps forward and one step back, but we will stay at it.

We have developed many properties, several of which are our rental properties, but we can also help you manage your property from bush hog work to drainage and dirt work. Our story began in 2005 with a desire to offer reasonably priced rental homes to Livingston Parish families. As with most homes in the Livingston Parish area, the Great Flood of 2016 destroyed nearly everything we had developed. Our comeback has been slow, but we keep working at rebuilding what we once had.

Embark on a journey of adventure and relaxation at our waterfront RV lots near historic French Settlement, Louisiana.
Sites are 50 ft deep and have full hookups with 50 amp service. WIFI and laundry use is included.
Located just 9 miles by water to Lake Maurepas, and 18 miles to the Tickfaw River (home of the Tickfaw 200 annual boating event).
Kayaks and fishing rods are available upon request. Boat launch is nearby, and there’s plenty of room for boat docking.
Bring your favorite lawn chair and firewood to enjoy the evening out by the fire ring.

Putting the finishing touches on Lot 6 remodel.
This is our signature rental property, and we’re really proud of it. Featuring vinyl plank flooring throughout, all wood Birch kitchen cabinets, along with lots of ceramic topped counter space. It also features a huge garden tub for her, and a separate shower for him, as well as large his and hers vanities. And what better way to save on energy? LED lighting installed throughout, of course.
We welcome our previous tenants back to their pre-flood home, but it’s even better than before.
